We have a few fully furnished 2 bedroom Mont Clare Boutique Apts (4.5 star) of our own units located in East Perth, not far from the city centre at the following addr:

190, Hay Street, East Perth, WA 6004

Each apt has either 1 bathroom + 1 toilet or 1 bathroom + 2 toilets or 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets, depending whats available at time of booking. 

It has either 1 x Q bed + 2 x single bed in each bedroom + 1 x double pull-out sofa-bed in living room or 2 x Q beds and optional 2 extra beds. 

All our apts are non-smoking units, rented out only to Muslim guests & 1 free covered carpark is avail for each unit. They are fully furnished wt aircond & heater, basic toileteries & towels termasuk free wifi serta washing machine & dryer, iron & iron board, hair-dryer, sejadah & Aussie std electrical adapters. 

Setiap apt juga dilengkapi dgn dapur utk memasak, pinggan mangkuk, rice cooker & periuk belanga yg boleh digunakan tanpa was-was. Sbg tambahan kami akn sediakan basic groceries spt beras, gula, tea & coffee, garam, minyak masak & sbgnya as a stater pack.

Red CAT bus & Transperth bus stop is just next to the apt avail to move around any where in the city free of charge. Walking distance to family clinic & pharmacy, Aries & Bayswater car rentals, halal butcher & a few supermarkets that open till midnite & kebab, pizza & burger cafe open till 11 pm.

No hse keeping service provided & RM300 refundable bond deposit is required to be transferred into our Maybank acct b4 dep to Perth. This is to ensure the apt is kept clean, tidy, no smell of cigarrate smoke & no item missing when you check out. 

Bond deposit will be refunded to u once our hse keeper chk & satisfied wt the cleanliness of the apt & nothing missing or any damage to the apt. 

Antara kelebihan kalau sewa our Mont Clare Boutique Apt:

1. Rented only to muslim guests. Boleh guna pinggan mangkuk tanpa was2. 

2. Sejadah akan disediakan. 

3. Unlimited free wifi.

4. 1 free car park for each apt booked. 

5. Boleh chk in awal or chk out lewat (if available). Other mgt charge $10 per hr for late chk out after 10 am max 2 hrs.

6. Disediakan basic groceries utk memasak spt beras, gula, garam, myk masak, tea, coffee, gula & sbgnya.

7. Only $100 refundable bond deposit upon chk in compared to $250 for most other 2 bedroom apt in Perth. For ur convenience, RM300 bond dep is payable into our Maybank acct b4 u dep to Perth & will be refunded into ur bank acct in Msia after our hsekeeper chk the apt after u've checked out.
